Business, Employer and Apprentice of the Year Finalist

We are delighted to share that Cadence Accounting has been shortlisted as a finalist in three categories at the Tandridge Business Awards 2026: Business of the Year, Employer of the Year and Apprentice of the Year.
It is a particularly special recognition because each category reflects a different part of what we have been building at Cadence – our business, our team and the opportunities we create for people starting their careers.
Over the course of the year, we have welcomed lots of new clients and continued to develop the breadth of support we offer – from accounting and tax through to outsourced finance functions and CFO support.
We have also continued to invest in our team, bringing in new people, developing our existing team and creating opportunities for people at different stages of their careers.
That includes our apprentice Sadie Fitzpatrick, who joined us in 2025 and has made a fantastic start to her career at Cadence. Her nomination for Apprentice of the Year is a brilliant reflection of the progress she has made.
Being shortlisted for Employer of the Year is equally meaningful. We have always believed that building a great business starts with building a great team – one where people can develop, contribute and find a way of working that works for them.
Over the past year, that has also meant opening our doors to the next generation through work experience placements, giving young people the opportunity to see what life in an accountancy firm is really like and get hands-on experience of the world of work.
We are incredibly proud to be finalists in all three categories and grateful to the team, our clients and everyone who has supported Cadence along the way.
The winners will be announced at the Tandridge Business Awards ceremony at Lingfield Park on 14 October.
For now, we are just enjoying the moment – and looking forward to celebrating with the rest of the Tandridge business community.
