Business of the Year Finalist

We’re thrilled to share that Cadence Accounting has been named a finalist for Business of the Year in the Tandridge Business Awards 2025!🎉

It’s wonderful to see our name recognised alongside so many other fantastic local businesses – including two of our fabulous clients.

We’ve never put ourselves forward for an award before, let alone one with such a prestigious title, so being shortlisted is an achievement in itself. But as we reflect on the journey we’ve taken, particularly over the last year – the clients we’ve helped, the team we’ve built and the business we’re becoming – it feels like the perfect moment to celebrate how far we’ve come.

2024-25 has been transformational for Cadence. We’ve reimagined every part of our business – building visibility, growing our client base and team and expanding the range of services we bring to clients every day. Highlights include:

• Becoming Oxted’s #1 rated accountancy firm on Google, thanks to the sheer number of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews from happy clients
• Refreshing our brand – ditching the standard blues for bold, confident colours that reflect our energy and help us stand out
• Launching a new website – that feels unmistakably “us” – full of real photography, client reviews and a warm and clear tone of voice
• Building a social media presence – making accounting feel accessible (even fun!) while boosting our profile locally and beyond
• Growing our team steadily and intentionally – adding brilliant new hires, including an apprentice, creating opportunities for the right people at the right time
• Strengthening both sides of our practice – winning fantastic new accounting clients and expanding the range and breadth of our advisory proposition, with engagements ranging from business coaching and complex consolidations to a growing number of financial due diligence engagements for acquisitive clients

• Deepening our support for ambitious high-growth businesses, becoming an embedded part of many of their journeys
• Expanding our community reach and impact, choosing local suppliers wherever we can, championing other local businesses, giving our time to community initiatives and playing our part in keeping Oxted and Tandridge thriving.
